Branding, packaging, content creation, web design

Starting with the early stages of research, naming and branding development, through to packaging design, website design and content creation, we helped launch Orange Fig, a start-up online greetings card shop.


Using early research into potential competitors and target customers, we developed a visual brand identity and brand strategy. Working in the story brand framework, we created the basis for future content creation and website copy.

As part of the visual design, we created a hand illustrated pattern to reinforce the brand name. The Orange Fig repeat pattern is incorporated across various media, from the website to packaging.


With a permanent 5 for £12 offer across the range of cards, we carefully constructed a custom box design that would be the perfect fit for 5 cards and envelopes. The box is multi purpose – it needed to protect the cards during posting, fit through a letterbox, and act as a reusable safekeeping box for customers to keep in their drawer.


We designed and built the Orange Fig shop through WordPress, using GeneratePress and WooCommerce. This gave us the flexibility to develop the website over time, allowing it to grow with the brand.

Content creation

As part of our ongoing relationship with Orange Fig, we create social media content, curating images and writing captions to tell the brand story, raise brand awareness and generate sales.
